House Rules
Please read our house rules before booking. 1. Absolutely no smoking ($250 fee). 2. No shoes in the home. 3. Pull out Atlantic Trash Bin (Brown Bin with Green Lid) to the front on Monday night or Tuesday morning. 4. No parties. 5. Maximum parking space is 4 but feel free to park on the street if needed. 6. Quiet time after 11:00. 7. No pets allowed ($250 fee). 8. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start it upon checking out. 9. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. 10. Please watch your step going into the room behind the barn door. 11. Make sure the back and front doors are locked upon leaving.
